Tax Appraisal Appeal
A Tax Assessment Study is a legal tax avoidance measure for REITs and building owners. Many local cities, counties, and municpalities allow building owners to appeal the county tax assessment. A "tax appraisal assessment," "tax appeal assessment," and "tax appeal process" are common names for this investigative investment service.
Many states and counties have an appeal process for commercial appraisal values, like this one in Massachusetts. Often, building owners have only thirty (30) days to appeal. By way of reminder, this is not service subject to public laws and codes being neither a commercial inspection, nor an engineering or architectural service, nor a commercial appraisal. All of our studies and services are provided under private trust contract arrangements, and we are under no contract with any city, county, state, or federal organization.
WBTreece Consultants New England is able to use various methods of valuation, including but not limited to: highest and best use, cost approach, sales approach, income approach, and various hybrid options. We are able to research and write the proper costs to save you back your hard-earned dollars.
This process is straightforward, with components on-site, in research, and in documentation. We handle it from start to finish.
