Phase One Environmental Site Assessment
Make sure your property gels with the environment
What is a Phase One Environmental Site Assessment?
A Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment (or "ESA") is a type of property inspection that assesses the environmental impact of the current or past use of the property- specifically, the impact on the soil and groundwater beneath the property. The potential cost of such environmental issues could be significant for the property owner, and the ESA is meant to identify such liabilites in advance of a real estate transaction for the buyer and/or lender.
We also offer residential lead testing, commercial lead testing, residential asbestos testing, commercial asbestos testing, residential water testing, commercial water testing, residential sewer line inspections (sewer scope), and commercial sewer line inspections (sewer scope).
WBTreece Consultants is fully trained and certified to inspect commercial properties in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Rhode Island and across New England and provide a comprehensive environmenal site assessment. We follow the industry accepted standards of ASTM E1527-21.
